1. Cause of failure: the oil level of the hydraulic tank is too low.
Elimination method: add hydraulic oil.
2. Cause of failure: hydraulic oil is not used according to the season.
Elimination method: usually applicable 46# hydraulic oil (or 68#) without special replacement, consider using 32# when the north is extra cold in winter.
3. Cause of failure: The oil inlet pipe is seriously blocked by dirt.
Exclusion method: remove the foreign body in the tube.
4. Cause of failure: the oil seal of the active gear of the oil pump is damaged, and the air enters the hydraulic system.
Elimination method: Replace aging or damaged oil seals, O-rings.
5. Cause of failure: the oil pump inlet and outlet joints or the "O" ring of the elbow joint are damaged, the fastening bolts of the elbow joint or the nuts of the inlet and outlet pipes are not tightened, and the air enters the hydraulic system.
Elimination method: replace the O-ring and tighten the bolt or nut at the joint.
6. Cause of failure: internal leakage of oil pump, aging of sealing ring.
Elimination method: replace the sealing ring.
7. Cause of failure: the end face of the oil pump driven gear shaft sleeve is worn or scratched, and the unevenness of the end face of the two shaft sleeves is out of tolerance.
Elimination method: replace the worn gear oil pump or oil pump bushing, and grind the end face on the plate when the wear is slight.
8. Cause of failure: internal leakage caused by incorrect assembly of internal parts of the oil pump.
Elimination method: The unloading plate and sealing ring must be loaded into the oil chamber so that the two shaft sleeves can maintain balance. The guide wire elasticity should be able to twist the upper and lower bushings at the same time in the direction of rotation of the driven gear at a small angle, so that the two shaft sleeve processing planes of the main and driven gears fit closely, and the unloading groove on the bushing must be installed on one side of the low-pressure cavity to eliminate the harmful closed volume when the gear meshes, before pressing into the self-tightening oil seal, its surface should be coated with a layer of lubricating oil, but also pay attention to the oil barrier edge towards the front cover, can not be installed backward, before installing the pump cover, a small amount of hydraulic oil must be poured into the pump casing, and the gear is turned by hand.
9. Cause of failure: "left-handed" installed "right-handed" oil pump, resulting in punching of the skeleton oil seal.
Elimination method: The "right-handed" pump cannot be installed on the "left-handed" machine, otherwise the skeleton oil seal will be washed out.
10. Cause of failure: the hydraulic oil is too dirty.
Elimination method: clean the system, replace the hydraulic oil.
11. Cause of failure: The filter of the pump is blocked by dirt and cannot play the role of oil filtration.
Elimination method: Remove dirt from the filter with clean cleaning oil.
12. Cause of failure: insufficient oil level, too high oil absorption position, oil suction pipe exposed oil surface.
Elimination method: add oil to the oil standard position to reduce the oil absorption position.
