Vane pump: uniform flow, stable operation, low noise, long life, but sensitive to oil pollution, complex structure.

Piston pump: high pressure, large flow and high efficiency, but complex structure, high price, high requirements for oil cleanliness.

2. According to whether the output flow rate is variable or not, it can be divided into quantitative pump and variable pump.

Quantitative pumps: The output flow is constant and cannot be adjusted.

Variable Pump: The output flow can be adjusted as required.

Second, the working principle

The hydraulic pump achieves oil suction and pressure by sealing the volume change of the working chamber. When the volume of the sealed working chamber increases, a local vacuum is formed, and the oil in the oil tank is sucked into the working chamber under the action of atmospheric pressure; When the volume of the sealing chamber decreases, the oil is squeezed out and enters the hydraulic system.

It is widely used in construction machinery, metallurgical equipment, mining machinery, injection molding machinery, ships, aerospace and other fields. For example, in construction machinery, hydraulic pumps provide power for cranes, excavators, and other equipment; In injection molding machinery, hydraulic pumps provide pressure oil for mold clamping, injection and other actions of injection molding machines.
